The Antifa Flag

Vox Day posted a picture of the flag at something called the “Communist 3rd International” which seemed a little, well, too easy. Especially because it looked like that flag was sort of superimposed. That got me wondering.

I did a number of searches and very little, nothing in fact, and then I tried the search string “antifa flag history” – using Duck Duck Go of course – and came across this. Us that info, I retried a search with “antifa flag german communist party 1930s”; much better. Some of the sites are duplicates of the others (like this site is), but nonetheless, the Democrats, the MSM, the non-so-Mainstream media, and even many Republican politicians, are swarming around the flag of the paramilitary wing of the German Communist Party of the 1920s and 30s.

I also came across this history:

Today, the Antifa movement that originally formed in Germany in the 1980s has taken root in the United States, with the goal of rubbing raw social and racial class tensions in order to delegitimize the U.S. Constitution, bring down the Trump administration, and cause the political chaos the Antifa movement believes will lead to the creation of a communist state here in the U.S.A.

I used to read about the Scandinavian Antifa movements, but I didn’t think it would take such a hold here.

Oh, yeah, and it looks like Vox was correct.
