This and That

From a post describing how the press corps is tormenting Gibbs again with questions about transparency, comes this line from Allahpundit:

The only satisfactory answer — “my boss is a brazen liar who’ll promise dopey liberals anything to get elected” — isn’t available.

And then, as if in response to an amazingly stupid statement by Pat Robertson, Danny Glover doubles down on the stupid:

When we see what we did at the climate summit in Copenhagen, this is the response, this is what happens, you know what I’m sayin’?

Of course, as Tim Blair helpfully points out, “His obscene opinion would be bigger news if Glover had – in the manner of others – idiotically blamed a less-fashionable deity”.

And who’d'a thunk it? For the not-so-political dopey liberals, more brazen lies!
