I think it’s The Hawk, if I’m not mistaken.
Stay or leave, this is going to be commonplace in remaining three years (!!). The meme has risen recently as to whether O and the Administration are simply incompetent or too arrogant to admit their inexperience. I think both explanations have their good points and are able to co-exist peaceably.
